Cancellation Policy

  • FREE CANCELLATION of the reservation up to 4 days after the confirmation of your bookings,

    if your rental starts in less than 7 days, you can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the rental begins.

    After this period, the following cancellation policy applies.

  • Bycar.gr will NOT charge you for the full rental amount at the time of booking.

  • We only need a 25% down payment to ensure your car is booked.

  • Therefore, the cancellation policy applies only to the deposit.

  • After the free cancellation period, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Premature Vehicle Return : 25% of the remaining rental amount is refunded , minus VAT.

  • For reservations made with a discount , 50% of the total amount will be refunded
